Terms of Service

By accessing or using Elite Travel Buddy (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We provide software for travel tracking, AI-assisted itineraries, planning briefs and concierge-style requests. We are a software publisher, not a travel agent, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer or payment institution. We do not sell flights, hotels, transport, package holidays or insurance. Any booking is made by you with the relevant third-party provider under their terms.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher). You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

AI outputs (itineraries, recommendations, summaries) are informational only and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. They are not professional travel, legal, medical, immigration, tax or financial advice. You must independently verify visa, vaccination, weather, safety and pricing information with official sources and qualified professionals before relying on them.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by mandatory consumer law. EU/UK consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting to use paid features within that period you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal for any portion already supplied. Taxes are added where applicable. You can cancel at any time in your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Where you submit a paid planning brief, we deliver a curated written plan. We do not contract with airlines, hotels or providers on your behalf unless explicitly agreed in writing. Quotes are indicative and subject to third-party availability. Deposits, if any, are governed by the specific quote you accept.

You retain ownership of content you submit (trips, notes, photos, briefs). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit and display such content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent you have all rights necessary to grant this licence.

The Service, including software, design, text, logos and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY OR NON- INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TRAVEL DATA OR AI OUTPUTS ARE ACCURATE OR CURRENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BOOKINGS, MISSED FLIGHTS, DENIED BOARDING, VISA REFUSAL, MEDICAL EVENTS, THEFT, INJURY OR DEATH ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD 100 OR THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (E.G. GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL MISCONDUCT, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS).

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, your content, your bookings or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account at any time for breach, suspected fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or extended inactivity. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, indemnity, IP, governing law) survive termination.

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, government actions, internet or hosting outages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered establishment, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith. Failing that, the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction, save for mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Class-action waiver: to the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually.

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
