Elite Travel Buddy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI outputs, uninterrupted availability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that itineraries, prices, visa rules, weather, safety information, opening hours, or any travel data are accurate or current. You are solely responsible for verifying critical travel information with official authorities, carriers, and providers before making any booking or travelling.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Travel Buddy, its owners, officers, employees, suppliers and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost bookings, missed flights, denied boarding, visa refusals, medical incidents, theft, injury or death arising out of or related to your use of the Service or reliance on any content, recommendation, AI output, or third-party provider. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
The Service may surface, recommend, or link to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurers, restaurants, marketplaces, payment processors and other third parties. We are not their agent, do not control them, are not a party to any contract you form with them, and accept no responsibility for their acts, omissions, prices, cancellations, refunds, quality, safety, or compliance with law. All bookings and payments are made by you directly with the relevant provider under their own terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elite Travel Buddy from any claim, loss, liability, damages, fines, penalties, taxes, fees and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your breach of these terms; (c) content you submit; (d) bookings or travel decisions you make; or (e) your violation of any law, regulation or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of our registered establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good- faith negotiation. Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country, save for mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
Class-action waiver: to the extent permitted by law, you agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@elitetravelbuddy.com including: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act; and (e) your physical or electronic signature.
We may update these documents from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For any legal request, including GDPR / CCPA data requests, contact legal@elitetravelbuddy.com.
